of guitar sound with 3 types of guitar amps, 3 types of gain modes, and 3 types
of miking settings.[V-TONE GUITAR DRIVER DI GDI21]
The GDI21 is an amplifier simulator and DI box that reproduces the sounds of
the three most popular classic guitar amplifiers.
You can switch between 3 amp models, 3 gain modes, and 3 mic position models to
enjoy a total of 27 amp sounds. The GDI21’s circuitry is analog and produces
the warm tone of a tube amp.
The drive control for adjusting the gain amount effectively simulates the push
amount applied to the output stage of the tube amplifier, from clean tone to
full-out tube overdrive. In addition, it is possible to finish to your favorite
sound with the 2-band EQ.
[Sound making is easy! ]
First, choose the amp style.
・
Calif-Smooth West Coast sound (Californian) ・ Brit-Classic stack amp
that symbolizes UK rock (British) ・ Twed-Bright and punchy tweed tone
(Tweed)
Next, select the gain mode that determines the amount of distortion of that
amplifier.
・
Hot-For leads and metal riffs ・ Hi G-From crunch to rock sound with
firm distortion ・ Cln-Clean to bluestone
Finally, select a mic position that simulates where in the amplifier cabinet
you have placed the mic. This function is unique to Beringer and simulates the
sound of a “virtual microphone” placed in one of three positions.
・
OFF X-Smooth and soft sound located at the end of the speaker cone with little
midrange content ・ CNTR-Higher midrange and rich low range located in the
center of the cone ・ CLSIC-Front of the cabinet, mid-high range Focused sound

recording or playing live without using an amplifier. And thanks to the onboard
ground lift switch, there are no ground loop issues.
